Hi, we’re Kyri and Areli — husband and wife, business partners, and the team behind New Concept Lending.

We built New Concept Lending because we wanted to do mortgages differently. To us, you’re never just another loan number. We take the time to understand what you’re trying to accomplish, build a plan around it, and stay with you all the way through closing.

Kyri handles the lending strategy. From first-time homebuyers and refinances to investment properties, equity solutions, reverse mortgages, and more complex financing, his job is to find the right path forward. We offer Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, DSCR, Reverse Mortgage, and Private/Hard Money financing.

Areli keeps everything moving. She manages the operational side of the process, coordinates with clients, lenders and settlement partners, stays ahead of conditions and deadlines, and helps make sure the plan gets across the finish line.

We may have different roles, but we share the same goal: take care of our clients, communicate honestly, solve problems, and get the job done.
